Proposal and Booking

I’ll send you a proposal for what I can help you with. You look it over, request changes if necessary, and we’ll get it perfect before you approve. We’ll settle on a time to work together and get it on both of our calendars!

Content Collecting & Creation

I’ll work with you to figure out exactly what we need for your website. I can edit or write content for you, and if you’re local, I’ll even help you with pictures and video if necessary.

Website Crafting

Once we have everything together, it will only take me a few days to put it all together onto a pixel-perfect website. When you approve it, I’ll do final quality assurance checks and then we’ll go LIVE!

Who hosts my website?

When you have your site designed by Silver Moon Digital Media, you never have to worry about hosting again. We host your site using top-of-the-line WordPress servers. With our platform (powered by Google Cloud), you won’t share resources like you do on bottom-of-the-barrel shared hosting. I’ll handle security, updates, caching, and backups, too.

What if I already have hosting?

I’ve partnered with a WordPress-specific platform with top-notch security and blazing-fast speeds. For quality reasons, I only build and maintain websites that I host myself.

Will I have access to my site?

Of course! How involved you are in your site is completely up to you. If you want me to handle everything, we’ll figure out a plan. But if you want to be hands-on, that’s awesome. I’ll make sure you have access to everything. It’s YOUR site, after all!

How long will this take?

Once we’ve had our introductory call, we’ll make a schedule (usually about a 2-week process, but if you need content creation, that can vary) to get your website online.

How do I pay?

For websites, I ask that you pay 50% upfront. The rest can be paid in full after the website is done, or we can create a payment plan that you pay with your monthly maintenance. You can pay with credit card or check.
